Exceptional chalets reinvent Alpine living at the heart of the 3 Vallées

An Alpine lifestyle built on understated luxury

The village combines traditional stone-and-wood chalets, contemporary buildings integrated into the mountain setting, and old farmhouses converted into modern interiors. The aim is not ostentatious luxury but a refined mountain experience, built on fine materials, generous volumes and décor that blends Alpine tradition with present-day comfort. Local heritage contributes to this identity: narrow streets, a Baroque church, an old bread oven and a village museum. La Bouitte, a two-starred restaurant run by René and Maxime Meilleur, pursues the same excellence.

Chalet Escapade, the village's largest chalet

At 630 m², Chalet Escapade is the village's largest chalet. Designed by architects Clémence and Bastien Jovelet, it offers a contemporary reinterpretation of the traditional Alpine chalet. Its 85 m² central living area opens onto a panorama dominated by the Cochet. Five bedrooms, including four double suites and a luxury dormitory, sleep up to 12 people. The chalet has a 130 m² private spa with an indoor pool, sauna, hammam, outdoor Nordic bath, gym, cinema room and a bar area with a pool table, along with a chef and a housekeeper.

Alpine Break and Bell Tower, two neighbouring properties in the heart of the village

Set in a historic building in the village centre, the Alpine Break apartment was completed in 2025. Its 160 m² sleep up to 10 people across five bedrooms, with a living room, fireplace, fitted kitchen and a balcony looking onto the mountains. Muriel Rabeyrolles handles guest arrivals. Just below it, the Bell Tower apartment offers 150 m² for eight people across four bedrooms, with a terrace fitted with a Nordic bath and a ski room right by the first ski lift.

La Ferme d'Édouard, between farming heritage and contemporary comfort

A few steps from the church square, La Ferme d'Édouard occupies a renovated traditional farmhouse. Noëlla, the owner, was born in the house and says she wanted to preserve the original stonework of the family barn and stable. The chalet spans 460 m² over five levels and includes a wellness area with an indoor pool topped by a fresco of a herd of Tarine cows, as well as six en-suite bedrooms. Two minutes' walk from the church square, it gives easy access to shops and a free shuttle serving the village gondola.

Chalet Snowfall and Le Château by Le Lodji, two visions of contemporary design

Above the village, Chalet Snowfall spans 280 m² over four floors for 12 people. English design agency Valentine Clark designed it around a palette of greens, blues, whites and greys drawn from the surrounding landscape. It includes five bedrooms, a heated indoor pool, a sauna and a private garage. In Saint Marcel, a hamlet near the village, Le Château by Le Lodji occupies a residence renovated in 2023 and run by the Le Lodji hotel. Belgian architect Kevin Bonna designed it, pairing stone and wood around four double bedrooms and a Nordic spa set in former vaulted cellars.
