# Four exceptional spas for a wellness break in the heart of Les 3 Vallées

Saint-Martin-de-Belleville, a resort in Les 3 Vallées, brings together several venues devoted to relaxation and treatments. From the public water leisure centre to boutique hotel spas, these venues combine pools, saunas, hammams and massage treatments, often inspired by Alpine heritage.

## La Belle Vie, a water leisure centre built into the Alpine landscape

La Belle Vie opened in 2024. The centre stands on a natural promontory that follows the contours of the valley. The aquatic leisure area includes an indoor-outdoor Nordic pool heated to 33°C, an indoor leisure pool fitted with waterfalls and massage jets, and a 16-metre outdoor pool open only in summer.

The spa circuit combines a hammam, a panoramic Finnish sauna, a salt sauna, an essential-oil sauna and a cold-water plunge pool. Massages, body treatments and facials complete the offering, alongside aqua-gym classes, family sessions and a bar with a terrace.

The building follows an environmentally responsible approach. Biomass covers 80% of its heating needs, reinforced thermal insulation limits energy loss, and a heat-recovery system on wastewater reduces the site's energy footprint.

## M Lodge, a Valmont spa in a five-star hotel

The spa at M Lodge, a five-star boutique hotel, covers 220 m² and extends onto a 50 m² terrace. It partners with the Swiss brand Valmont, which specialises in cellular cosmetics, following the same approach as other prestige hotels such as Le Meurice in Paris and La Messardière in Saint-Tropez.

The space includes a 16-metre swimming lane, a sauna, three treatment rooms — including a couple's room with a shower — and a fully equipped gym. Treatments cover both face and body, using Valmont products.

## Lodji, an intimate spa overlooking the Encombres valley

The Lodji hotel has an intimate, welcoming spa area with an indoor pool heated to 30°C, a sauna, a hammam and outdoor spa pools with sun loungers. It looks out over the high mountains and the Encombres valley.

Massages and face and body treatments, for one or two people, are available by appointment at an extra cost. Hotel guests can also use an equipped gym.

## La Bouitte, the La Bèla Vya spa and its treatments inspired by Savoyard heritage

The La Bèla Vya spa, at the La Bouitte hotel, uses an exclusive cosmetics range called "Meilleur Nature", inspired by the flora of the Belleville valley and by the culinary identity of chefs René and Maxime Meilleur.

Two signature treatments define the spa: "La Tanière des Marmottes", a green clay treatment followed by a misting phase recalling mountain rain, and "Le Bain de Marie", a bath of milk and mountain honey with soothing, healing properties. The spa also offers massages, including hot stone massages, and facial and body beauty treatments, made with ingredients such as donkey milk, willowherb and edelweiss.
