# A Slow Attitude day of yoga, Michelin-starred dining and mountain wellbeing

A day dedicated to the Slow Attitude offers a sensory immersion combining yoga, dining and moments of relaxation, set against snow-capped peaks. The programme brings together a convivial breakfast, a yoga session in the open air, a behind-the-scenes look at a Michelin-starred restaurant's kitchen, and a wellbeing break at a dedicated centre.

## The day's programme

The day begins with a convivial breakfast, followed by a yoga session in the open air. Participants then visit the kitchens of La Bouitte, awarded two stars by the MICHELIN Guide since 2024. They leave with a gourmet hamper, for tasting with a view of the snow-capped peaks.

The day continues with periods of meditation and relaxation facing the mountains, along with a break at La Belle Vie wellness centre. A gentle 5 km walk, with a vertical drop of 165 metres, completes the programme.

## Yogiski week, an annual gathering between Les Menuires and Saint-Martin-de-Belleville

Each winter, towards the end of the season, the resort of Saint-Martin-de-Belleville hosts Yogiski, a week devoted entirely to yoga and wellbeing. The event runs between Les Menuires and Saint-Martin-de-Belleville and invites participants to slow down in front of the snow-capped peaks.

The programme includes around twenty wellbeing workshops, most of them free, held both indoors and outdoors. Activities include cold yoga, a "first track" yoga wake-up at 2,800 metres, a one-day ayurvedic detox retreat, a yoga hike followed by dinner at a mountain refuge and a descent under the stars, plus meditation sessions and a sound journey.
